Instructional and learning experience design
Instructional design, now often called learning experience design (LXD), starts with the learner rather than the content. Our designers absorb new material quickly and turn it into instruction aimed at a specific audience and a specific outcome. We work with your subject-matter experts, not around them.
eLearning development
We build courses with audio narration, video, question banks, interactive troubleshooters, and other interactivity, then package them for your LMS.
AI-assisted content

Training that shows what changed on the job
For Caliber I.D., a medical imaging company, we built xAPI tracking into its own diagnostic software. Dermatopathologists trained on around 1,000 real, annotated cases, and every diagnosis was graded automatically. The data showed which cases were hardest, which images needed to be captured again, and which pathologists were ready for the company's diagnosis service.
