LMS Support

Your LMS admin team, on any platform

Not enough LMS work to hire a full-time administrator? We become your LMS admin and support team, from learner tickets to course setup. Or use us as overflow when your own team is stretched.

Who this is for

Most organizations that run an LMS need an administrator, but not a full-time one. There is real work every week, from learner tickets to new courses and enrollments, yet not enough to justify a hire. That is the gap we fill. We act as your LMS admin and support team, and you pay for the work you actually have.

We also work alongside in-house admins who need extra hands during busy periods, such as term starts or a new program launch.

You keep your platform and your contracts. We supply the administrators.

Work we take on

  • Answering end-user support tickets from learners and instructors
  • Loading content and setting up courses
  • Enrollments, cohorts, and groups
  • Creating, updating, and deactivating users
  • Plugin, integration, and single sign-on setup
  • Gradebook questions and reports
  • Routine admin such as settings changes and term rollovers
  • Training your own admins and instructors

Platforms we administer

  • Moodle
  • Canvas
  • Blackboard
  • D2L Brightspace
  • Cornerstone Learning
  • SAP Litmos
  • TalentLMS

Running something else? Ask. Most of the work is the same on every platform.

Ways to work with us

Pick the model that fits your workload. You can switch as your needs change.

Monthly retainer

A set number of admin hours each month, used across whatever comes up.

Best for: Steady, predictable admin work.

Prepaid hour block

Buy a block of hours up front and draw it down as you need help.

Best for: Busy seasons, term starts, and one-off projects.

Dedicated administrator

One named administrator who learns your platform, your people, and your processes.

Best for: Organizations that need an ongoing admin without hiring one.

What clients say

David Pesce has been instrumental in the digital transformation of DawnSign’s flagship product, Signing Naturally.

He’s been with us since the very beginning of that transformation, helping us move from DVDs and physical media to interactive online learning materials and LMS-based delivery. Today, our digital Signing Naturally materials are used every year by tens of thousands of K–12 and higher education students. What I appreciate most about David is that he doesn’t just solve the technical problem in front of him. He takes the time to understand what we’re trying to accomplish and helps us figure out how to make it happen. We’ve always felt supported, and we’ve had a lot of fun along the way!

Common questions

Something we have not covered? Talk to an expert ›

Do you only work with Moodle?

No. LMS Support is platform-agnostic. We work in Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Cornerstone Learning, SAP Litmos, TalentLMS, and others. Tell us what you run.

Do you replace our admin team?

Either way works. Some clients use us as their whole admin function, others as overflow when their own team is at capacity.

Do you talk to our learners directly?

Either way. We can answer your learners and instructors directly, under your name, or work only with your own staff.

When are you available?

During business hours, US Eastern time. Response times are agreed with each client to fit how your platform is used.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the engagement model and the hours you need. Send an inquiry with your platform and rough ticket volume and we will quote it.
